The Churchyard
Immediately surrounding St. Michael's, the churchyard has been in use for centuries, the oldest grave being one from 1649 - just on the right of the path between the bench and the front door.
We have a list of all the surviving inscriptions, and can help you with your family history enquiries if you have an ancestor buried here. To make an enquiry, use the general contact form.
Mottram Cemetery
